Modular type ABC clean agent gas and ABC Dry Chemical Powder along with a range of gaseous automatic fire extinguishers. Our automatic ABC Dry Chemical Powder or clean agent gas & other gaseous fire extinguishers are a technological break through that provides automatic fire protection for electrical, electronic, flammable liquid and a variety of other risks. Auto Safe is an automatic extinguisher , which does not require any external source of powder to operate. It can be utilized for local applications or total flooding of hazards. The modular type extinguisher is based on sprinkler technology. Unlike the sprinkler, the nozzle is gas-tight. The release temperature can be adjusted to suit prevailing conditions. This extinguishers are most ideal for protection of computer area, ATM Center, server room, fuel and flammable liquid storage, oil fill-in stations, transformers, automobile garages, marine engines, paint and varnish booths, welding benches, domestic gas Storage's particularly for hotels etc, and where water damage cannot be tolerated. TECHNICAL DATA CONSTRUCTION Automatic DCP & Clean agent Gas Fire Extinguisher mainly consist of MIG welded M.S. body, 2mm CRC Sheet. The upper part of which is fitted with adapter or flange for fixing on ceiling or wall. The fixed automatic release nozzle is based on sprinkler technology unlike the sprinkler nozzle it is gas tight. Release temperature is adjusted with sprinkler imported bulb set at 57oC to 107oC or special temperature settings can be provided according to specific requirements. An imported pressure gauge is fitted for instant verification of reliability and functionality of every unit. Nozzle is specially designed to give more that 99% discharge. Together with orifice characteristic to civer adequately fire risks with scattering cone of 40 o to 45 o angle.

Foam Type fire extinguisher is designed to be most effective on class ' B ' fires, although they can also be used in class ' A ' fires. GENERAL INFORMATION TWIN 5050 is mobile foam and powder fire extinguisher with nitrogen propellant cylinder. The qualitative standards fixed are achieved through a careful selection and rating of the suppliers and through continuous and strict quality controls of all the components in compliance with the ISO 2859-1 standard. All the components used in manufacturing the fire extinguishers are purchased from major Indian manufactures. TROLLEY The trolley structure is made of steel sections, with rubber wheels of 300 mm diameter. The foam cylinder, the nitrogen cylinder and the accessories are fixed by saddles on a sturdy hand-pulled trolley : the arrangement of the individual equipments has been designed for maximum ease of handling. USE This mobile fire extinguisher is used in large fires of any class A, B, or C type, of vertically stored goods and of inflammable liquids that can spread on the surface. Normally it is used by first discharging the foam to knock down the high flames and then if necessary using the powder, compatible with the foam, to immediately put out already reduced flames.
