FIRE HYDRANT ACCESSORIES

FLEXILINE HOSES

FLEXILINE' HOSES are made from an all synthetic jacket, totally encapsulated in a Synthetic Rubber blend to form a high quality, unified lining and cover, resulting in a compact unity by pillar adhesion, The cover is a specially formulated elastomer, totally resistant against grease, oils, acids, ozone, alkalies, heat and fungus.
The cover of FLEXILINE HOSE is lightweight, completely flexible and designed to facilitate a good grip. bearing ISI Mark under IS : 636 Type 'B'.
The measurably thick cover contributes to impact damage, cut damage and resistance to heat, abrasion and chemicals. This spells the true, non-maintenance quality of FLEXILINE HOSES.
Conventional hoses pick-up moisture and contamination and require regular maintenance of washing, drying and cleaning. With FLEXILINE, no drying is required, so Drying Towers can be dispensed with. The cover enables a simple 'wipe down and store' facility, due to which, the Hose is always available for use and lower stocks of hose may be held

Features
  • Exceptionally resistant to scrubbing, the High Grade Synthetic Material with profiled surface texture, is easy to maintain and easy to handle. FLEXILINE Hoses are completely resistant to oil, unaffected by many chemicals, very pliable, heat resistant and rolls with a small coll diameter.

CRC RRL
Non-Percolating Hose

CRC-RRL HOSES are the most popular, used by highly experienced fire fighters for decades due to the superb advantages. These type of hoses offer RRL Technology and ensures that the hoses are fabric reinforced rubberlined (RRL Technology) which gives an additional textile reinforcement in the hoses which is very similar to a double jacketed hose, i.e., hose within a hose. RRL Hose have a distinct lap joint, which readily identifies to the user the unmistakable sign of a RRL Hose. The jacket and the reinforcement of the hose which is predominantly cotton has excellent heat resistance property and, being a natural fibre, the hose jacket has a very good grip for the fire fighters during operation.
RRL technology ensures that in extreme circumstances when the outer jacket is severely damaged, the inner reinforcement can continue delivering water at operational pressures; thereby averting an emergency situation. The RRL technology ensures that the outer jacket can even be repaired so that the hoses, which are severely damaged, can be used by virtue of their inner reinforced tube lining. Truly, this hose gives the advantages of two hoses in one.

The  HRS 100 & HRS 200 Hose Reel System are specially deigned self contained Fire Fighting System for use in Areas where pressurized Water supplies are unavailable or where the main pressure is too low to provide an effective Fire Fighting capability. This system incorporates Hose & Reel Assembly and the Water is kept under a special designed container. (Unit is available with or without trolley) The Mechanism is very simple in operation. It is operated by piercing Gas Cartridge by applying Pressure on Plunger, thereby discharging the contents.
